We used to get a letter in the mail half-way through the Summer Holidays.
I think its still the same system now that Caelan is at the school

Our lists were posted on the office window, last Tuesday when we picked up our school supplies. The official word was that the numbers were fluctuating so much, that at this late stage they are almost definately final..

For 2008 we found out about 3-4 weeks before school broke up last year

But for 2007 we found out on the first day of the school year

For 2006 we found out the last week of school

Our school doesn't really seem to have any consitency on when we find out.
